If your piece arrives broken, please let me know ASAP. A refund or replacement will be offered.

It takes me 3-5 working days to pack an order, plus about 2 days for DPD to get your parcel to you.

You will be surprised by the size of the packaging - ceramics need to have lots of space to be safe from the intense ride that couriers put them through! However, I save every single piece of packaging I can find so that everything is reused for sustainability. Please give their packaging another life if you can ☺️

As everything I make is unique, I won’t be able to make a copy of a sold out item. However, do hit me up - I might be able to make something that will fit you perfectly!
